Christmas at The Collective!

The Collective had an extra-special Christmas this year!

The cast of Downton Abbey popped by to throw the party of the year at Goldsmiths, where the ornate chandeliers, gilded pillars, and plush carpet made it a natural filming double for Buckingham Palace...

...and Google Nexus created a bit of excitement by smashing the oven door at our residential location 9258, so that they could do a warm family Christmas with a barbecued turkey twist (and a ton of fake snow)...

...then it was time for the Queen's Speech.  The BBC's Gangsta Granny sent Joanna Lumley round to Goldsmiths to pull some shapes as 'the Queen' at 'Buckingham Palace'...

...and finally, Charlie Brooker said goodbye to 2013 at Oriental City Mall, presenting an imitable round-up of the last twelve months in its spookily abandoned car park, corridors, and stairwells for Charlie Brooker's 2013 Wipe.

We hope your Christmas was just as full of glamorous parties, royal cameos, terrible dancing, good food, and good humour as ours...and wish you a very Happy New Year!
